things are in leesburg, virginia. kristin fisher is live tracking our storm alert. some are seeing rain, others reason. what are you seeing, kristin? >> we are seeing more rain now. it has been stop and start throughout the morning. when i first saw you at 5:00 there was pouring rain and then 5:30 no rain. and now we are in between. if you look at the street light you can see how much rain we are getting right now. nothing too crazy whatsoever but certainly enough to have some sort of an impact on the morning commute if you are heading in to the washington, d.c. area from loudoun county. also take a look at this video that our photographer gregos shot earlier this morning, just outside of dulles airport. you can see the rain is really coming down strong right there. and that's what we have been worried about all morning long is the flash flooding. could that type of rain lead to flash flooding. and here and throughout much of the washington area we are under a flash flood watch until 8:00 this morning. right through the heart of the morning rush. so this is indeed going to continue to b

the attorneys general of maryland and virginia joined 15 other states in asking the website to block its adult services section. today they got results. darcy spencer joins us in the studio now with more on this story. darcie? >> maryland's attorney general told me craigslist needed to take this action. it's a site where kids can trade be baseball cards, you can buy a couch and engauge in prostitution. and that's just wrong. when you go on the popular website craigslist, one feature is now gone, where he used to be able to click on adult services, it now says sensored. >> this is what we asked them to do. this is what we asked them to do. this is not a gray area. craigslist was being used as a medium, as a vehicle for people to commit illegal acts. >> craigslist removed the adult services section from the site two weeks after attorneys general from across the country demanded its removal. maryland attorney general is among 17 top prosecutors who wanted craigslist to stop offering an online brothel. >> on craigslist, there were literally women for sale. there was an online brothel going on. we

-year-old paul warren hardis of arlington, virginia. he has been responsible for creating hours of chaos here at one of the world's most prominent hospitals. police say just after 11:00 this morning, a patient's son became emotionally distraught as a doctor explained to him his mother's medical condition. the son then pulled out a gun and shot the doctor. >> collapsed outside the doorway of the room, and mr. davis was last seen running into the room brandishing the handgun in the direction of his mother, who's confined to the bed. >> reporter: hospital employees were alerted to the danger as dozens of patients and employees were evacuated. police secured the eighth floor as they tried to establish contact with davis and allowed business as usual to continue in the rest of the massive complex until police finally determined davis had shot his mother in the head and then took his own life. >> we are treating this case as a murder-suicide and obviously the shooting of the doctor preceding this discovery are. >> dr. david cohen expected to make a full recovery from his shooting and police st
